Activity 5: Messy play
Theme and handwashing occasion: How we wash our hands and what we use to wash them.
Activity 5, provides suggestions for messy play using paints, flour and water and a selection of items for pattern making, decorating and printing. A handprint template makes a lovely take-home picture.
Children will have fun singing along to Squirt, Squirt, Squirt to the tune of Wheels on the Bus with easy to follow actions enabling children to mime how to wash their hands properly.
